FOR WHICH BREEDS?
We started with French Bulldogs, but now we make shoes to all dogs. We have made dog shoes for Pugs, Dachshunds, Boston Terriers, Labradoodles, Cockapoos, Staffords, Whippets and Sherman Sheppards.

CAN I RETURN THE SHOES IF THEY DON'T FIT?
Due to the custom nature of our shoes, made specifically to your measurements, refunds are not available. You have had the biggest and most crucial role in making shoes fit.

CAN I SEND A 3D SCAN OF MY DOG'S PAWS?
Yes. If you’d rather skip manual measurements, you can send us a 3D file. This helps us create even more precise, perfectly fitting shoes for your dog.

WHY ARE YOU NOT MAKING SHOES WIDER THAN 2.36 INCH / 60 MM?
Currently, we don't offer wider shoes on a scale. Wider paws make tailoring more complex, and larger shoes are costlier, so we can't produce them at the current price point. If your dog has wider paws, please reach out through our contact form and let's see if we can create a custom solution together.

Value added taxes excluded in Non-EU countries.
Value added taxes included in EU countries.

WHAT IS THE LIFE CYCLE OF THE SHOE?
Our shoes are like Crocs or sneakers. Our shoes wear down in a similar manner as them.

IS THE SHOE MATERIAL SAFE TO USE IN SKIN CONTACT?
The material is safe to use. The material has been tested. Cytotoxicity Testing (ISO 10993-5:2009) and In vitro Skin Irritation Testing – Human Skin Model (OECD
Guideline No. 439)
